"Self-Awakening" was inspired by my personal journey through the beauty in the in-between space, where transformation is messy, radiant, and deeply alive.

This piece is a visual exploration of transformation, where the body and nature intertwine in the wind of discovery and illumination. Eyes blooming within petals, hands emerging from tangled vines, and mouths whispering from unfurling leaves represents a fragmented self, reaching, sensing, and unfolding. I wanted to reflect on the raw, intricate process of awakening—where clarity doesn’t come all at once, but through entanglement, growth, and surrender to change.
The organic yet whismical forms symbolize how self-awareness is not a singular moment but a continuous process, rooted in struggle, self-actualization and curiosity. Just as plants stretch toward the light, and blow in the wind, the scattered body parts seek understanding, grasping for something just beyond reach.
